No. I deserve better, and you deserve my boot on your chest and my heel through your face.
I miss going to the gym. I miss running. I love the feeling of my heart beating against my chest, blood rushing through my body, and sweat running down my back. It’s an incredible feeling of health and life.
Not to mention, it’s a great stress release for me. I find it invigorating. If I had to choose the best times for a running session, it would be during the Fall season. The air is not too cold, not too hot, cool enough and rightly refreshing.
For now, taking up the stairs and walking long distances will suffice.
